Return Policy
Oiltrak and sister companies are Egyptian companies subject to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
The customer can register a request to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, according to the following conditions:
- If the product has not been used at all, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- If the product does not match the specifications and sizes previously shown on the Oiltrak and sister companies' website.
- If the product is damaged during delivery, the customer can refuse to receive the product. However, if the product has been signed for upon receipt, it cannot be replaced or returned.
- If the product is manufactured with special specifications, sizes, and raw materials based on the customer's request.
The return request is subject to investigation and examination by the competent department of Oiltrak and sister companies. The companies also have the right to refuse or accept it in accordance with the aforementioned cases and in a manner that does not contradict the Consumer Protection Law.
Duration of the Request and Terms of Return:
The application can be registered through the Oiltrak and sister companies' website or by contacting customer service. The application may take a period for examination and investigation by the relevant department, which may range from two to five working days from the date of registration.
Products will be collected and shipped for return based on the results of the investigation, provided that the shipment takes place within a period ranging from two to five working days.
Oiltrak and sister companies reserve the right to refuse to receive the returned products if the conditions described for return or exchange are not met.
Oiltrak and sister companies have the right to refuse the return request in the event of loss or any of the accessories provided with the product.
In the event that the product is returned again, the shipping fee for delivery may be deducted.
