OilTrak implements a philosophy of a workplace absent of accidents, environmental emissions, health
related incidents, losses to processes, and security incidents. Our objective is to have an injury and
accident free workplace. Fulfilling this goal can only be achieved by having all workers actively
participate in our health and safety program. Complete and active participation by each individual in every job is essential for the safety excellence OilTrak expects.
OilTrak is dedicated to make QHSE an essential part of our business at all levels of the organization and
in all stages of our procedures. Our health and safety program has been developed in accordance with
industry standards and best practices; this program will meet or exceed federal, provincial and
municipal legislative requirements. Everyone in the company takes part in the QHSE requirements.
Workers at every level, including management, supervisors and workers, are equally responsible and
accountable for OilTrak overall safety initiatives.

OilTrak understands some operators may have a health and safety program in place on their worksites
that may exceed our program. In cases where this occurs, OilTrak will comply with the operator’s
policies, practices and procedures for the duration of the project as applicable.
